- presented technical information with clarity
Digital Marketing and PR
Our social media strategy aimed to boost brand visibility and engagement on Facebook and Twitter through SEO, content creation, guest blogging, landing pages, and Google Analytics. By participating in relevant Facebook groups, we shared adverts, articles, and videos to establish authority and increase brand awareness.
PR and Media Relations
Utilising a multi-channel PR approach, including press releases, social media campaigns, and influencer partnerships we were able to raise awareness of the Hair and Scalp clinic’s services. We engaged with beauty bloggers and health influencers for wider reach.
Results
The Hair and Scalp clinic gained notable coverage in the Voice Newspaper, BBC, trade magazines, and cultural publications. Online presence includes Afro-Caribbean hair bloggers, stylists, and radio stations. Facebook promotions reach 200,000 users weekly, leading to a 150% increase in website visitors and an 85% rise in unique users.
